As the title says.
Heres my predictions for arma 3:
1. If the last 2 installments of armed assault are any indication, I expect that once again Arma will set the bar for Scale, realism, and Modding in the FPS Genre at the time of it's release.
2. When it drops, All the PC elites will flock to it and talk down to consolers about how awesome their huge levels and all their vehicles and mods are. This will last for a month or so, then the masses will abandon it.
3. After a few months, The game will be largely abandoned, With 3 or 4 clans pretty much controlling the online and owning the only really active servers.
4. The game will ultimately die down untill only a small group of Niche players avidly continue to play and enjoy it, Using mods to get around the games shortfalls, which will keep the game on life support for several years.
I'm really not expecting anything completely ground breaking, but more of the same that we who follow Arma have come to love about it- Along with some of the annoying bugs we all complain about. Graphics will probably be in the middle ground somewhere with attention given to realism such as more accurate balistics, weather effects, Perhaps improved AI.
