DEATHDLRS Server?

Josh found the DLR server... saw Dalton and an unknown in it. Their map rotation really sucks, I think it's Metro, Bazaar, Seine, Tehran, and Damavan. 420Girl hosts it.

Anyone played on it?

was a great clan when we had around 20-24 members.

when we had 2,987, not so much.

That's one thing I miss, trolling Dalton, I used to die laughing at how much I would piss him off

That's the "not really a fan of Battlefield but I wanna pretend like I am" map rotation.

Yeah, I went through and checked some stats and it was all clearly teamstacking, impossible win/losses.

Apparently Rose was playing against them but then they switched him to their team when he was raping, by the time I joined there were only 2 DLRs left in the game and they left after my first game (though I was on their team).

Still, shitty though their clan may be, they're still good people. The ones I remember, anyway.

I remember when I was the only one calling them the fakes and saying the DLRs were dead.

1. Join server on noob team (theirs is HEAVILY teamstacked)
2. Kill them
3. Get team-switched to be on winning team
4. Switch teams back to losing team
5. Kill them
6. Get team-switched
7. Send message requesting to be on the losing team
8. Have Rose join
9. Switch team
10. Rape
11. New game
12. They switch teams to be on ours
13. We switch teams to be not on theirs
14. Make them all ragequit one by one (3+ KD each)
15. Find new server

That's the beauty of it, they can't really ban us so easily, because we used to be members, and the people we're talking about switching and leaving are people we used to squad up with. They're not bad people. They just play pathetically. DD-ACTION (or was it DALTON) was there and eventually when the server admin wasn't responding, I messaged him too and he was cool about it and had no idea what was going on, the admin was doing all the switching and he apologized. So maybe it's just the one person, the server admin.

I'm gonna get banned eventually from there if this keeps up though. Wouldn't be that sad, they have no heli maps anyway, but I've been banned from SO many servers in the last few weeks just for playing. I feel like if you're on the opposite team of an admin, and you're playing well, you'll be banned. It's so aggravating. Normally the noobs on the other team would just ragequit but this server admin of course isn't gonna ragequit his own server... so he bans the people killing him.

Rose and I have been discussing getting our own server, with just one major rule: If you kamikazi a jet into a heli, friend or foe... instant ban, no excuses. With our luck nobody would ever join it and it would just be empty the whole month we had it, though.

1 game we played was pretty funny. They banned a couple of us but we kept on wrecking them with who was left. I was in the air and shutting down any vehicle for a good 10 min.... but I never get a kill. not a fuckin 1. (did wrack up a good 12-15 vehicle destroys. I was nearing top of the leaderboard with 1 kill from when I was on the ground at one point) So someone from my squad gets up in the air, then manages to kill someone before they bail (fucker came in and finished my target).... BAN!

I was laughing my ass off cause he just got up in the air but because they saw his name kill with a jet they assumed the dude shutting them down was him.

BTW: What's your policy on "bumping"? I never kamikaze but I bump a lot of helos just to fuck with them before I come back around for my second pass lol (I'm also pulling away at the last possible second to get every round on them I can)

Bumping is ramming is kamikaziing. It's basically the same thing, if the heli is flying low he'll suicide if you bump him. Plus most people can't differentiate between the two. Teammates suicide us just as much as enemies do, and it's literally EVERY game. They can't shoot Rose down legitimately so they resort to getting a jet to ram the heli. We always have to watch for jets going straight to us, usually they shoot a bit first and then WHAM you die and you see their name top right as a suicide. It's well over 50% of the deaths we (Rose flying of course) suffer in the heli, and easily 99% of the deaths at the hands of other people.

Plus if they do this a few times it's a guaranteed way to make us rage and kill all the jets the second they spawn. And that's no fun for anyone.

Usually jet ramming is because the person was a noob and didn't want to turn away after shooting. Just like planes in 1943.

DICE servers suck, they're either always full with 3 people in line or always empty. Their map rotation tends to suck and there's lots of fakes, where it's got the DICE title but some random joeymarine1999 guy in the admin spot. There used to be some amazing DICE Epic Battle servers, there were like 10 of them, now there's only 2 or 3.

Oh trust me, I know. Most of my enemy caused deaths while airborne are from kamikaze's.

I've gotten used to doing the whole hard tilt and drop 20m move when jets make runs on me in a helo, then spin around and begin reacquiring lock for my next HS salvo.

Usually when I bump a helo it's a love tap at high altitude. Just fucks with them and gives me time to get back below radar before they can acquire a lock. I did see 1 guy actually plummet 100+m to crash and burn though.... I was laughing cause of how bad he must have been.

Something else that happens to me way to often is I'll blow up a jet/helo with my cannon (in a jet) and the blowing up vehicle blows me up as I fly by >.<

Speaking of below radar.... you shouldn't fucking show up on Air Radar when flying at 20 fuckin ft. skimming the tree tops.

You can't see very jet coming, which is the problem if they're trying to suicide you, especially if it's teammates. Dodging them is easy enough if you see them coming, but that effectively disables you if all you're doing is avoiding jets. It's the one BS thing in the game that shouldn't have to be dealt with. Yeah vehicles are nerfed, the damage helis do is negligible, flying is all about constant correct timing of flares and ECM and going under 25 and dealing with a heli, 2 jets, a tank, a SOFLAM that just CAN'T be destroyed while in a vehicle (you HAVE to get out and shoot it with 3 clips) and 3 randoms with god rockets, all of which can 1hk you. That's all bullshit but can be handled without too much rage. But when you randomly, unexpectedly suicide and you see a name, friend or foe, on the top right also suiciding... fuck that. Learn to fucking fly and quit being a bitch. Ban.

I don't think we'd ban anything else, no other rules, just don't ram jets into other jets or helis.

What if we're not flying 30m? Honestly half the time Rose flies under the 25m radar limit. We've been killed by mines.

And again average Joe can't determine the difference between a tap and a full out smash. If he taps it was an accident, he meant to smash into us or dodge completely.

and like I said, at high altitude is when I bump. Low altitude I don't want to risk the bump pushing me into a light pole or some shit and I pull away earlier.

Either way, it's a cheap tactic, I don't think we'd differentiate if you hit us even if it didn't kill us, it's the same thing for us basically. Ruins everyone's fun. It's usually the guy who is 3/10 at the bottom of the scoreboard, and not usually a noob but someone who just got fed up with us killing him.

I was flying an f35 one day n i saw rose on the ground. I hovered up and sprayed, missed and just drifted in for a roadkill. He just crouched right under it, didnt move at all, and avoided death thusly.

I, naturally, drifted across a tree, slammed into a rock, skidded along the ground, flipped around a building, and crashed on the other side of the map.

So he sends me a msg, "tbags".

Heat Seekers there is a distance where counter measures won't work. It's around 15m, but I hit my ECM a tad early so they can't launch, and then I hit the ground to prevent lockon while zooming away.

IMO that HS range is a glitch.
