Bullshit. I was halfway decent at blackops (just not the SnD part of it, but thats because I dont fucking play SnD). And I used to be fucking GOOD at Modern Warfail 2.

It's the best mode IMO. It's not the usual boring rush and die shit. You can still rush and do good but you gotta accept that it's all even, you have to be careful.

It's great for teamplay. I can't play it solo. When I'm playing solo I do TDM because it feels good getting dogs a lot but for actual enjoyment it's S&D and lately even hardcore S&D. It's good to coordinate with someone else, knowing which way they're going to go, and so on.
