not anyone smart....
a) don't deploy chute until 20m off the ground.... crouch before impact. b) there are 2 helos that can deploy troops more spread out c) radio beacons could be dropped off rocks and would fall in beta.... drop off cliff
Also... smoke mortar...
Attackers could easily cover defenders in smoke blocking any LOS
Team jumping can land anywhere and they'll have no idea where they are.
Looks interesting...
Could suck... get a team of wanna be 1337 5n1p0rz... but you can either a) push em off or b) if you're doing the smoke thing... you'r also preventing snipers from doing anything if they camp the ridge.

a)might hurt you in BF3. you don't slow down immediately after pulling the chute b)little birt ftw c)place radio beacons inside or you'll end up parachuting back in

Looks awesome. Now all I need is to get rid of a few PS3 games so I can pay off my pre-order. I pre-ordered it at Gamestop by putting 5 bucks down (so I get Back to Karkand), and I just have to come up with about 45 more dollars by Tuesday.

They are mobile spawn points. Enemies can hear and shoot them, makes for a good lol when you figure out which direction it spawns people in and just backrape them with a shotty.

Apparently, yeah.
You could also put them intop of the micro UAV in the beta, aswell as ammo/health boxes (they actually stick as opposed to sliding off).

no... beacon would fall to ground... letting you spawn on ground instead of dropping in.
Also... wanna try dropping out of helo.... drop one on far side of enemy base
and like I said... I have a feeling smoking the attackers might be effective.
