MW3 Review

Sup homies,

where do i start?

The maps: There are a lot of them. I've played all night like a loser and still haven't played them all. A few maps are definitely on the small size and are nuketown-esk but the rest are decent size. They're not boring big like some blops maps. There are like a million ways to get to places and multi floors and just like bf3, you can't put a hole through a building with an rpg.

Perks: Are very necessary and important here. For example if you have an lmg, your movement is much slower and your ads time is much slower than an ar user or an smg user. So you will need to use the quick draw perk. Movement in general is a bit slower than Modern Warfail 2, but I like it. If you use light condition you will get an advantage making that perk useful. I like the fact that a guy using an lmg, i m249 with thermal otpics, can't run in the open like he's holding an smg like in other games.

Killstreaks: They aren't that crazy annoying like Modern Warfail 2. I've only got killed by predator missile like twice and i've called heli's, strafe runs, and other ks and didn't get a whole lot of kills like i wanted.

Guns: Are cool and are useful if you keep playing and unlocking different things for them. The ump45 is average but it's awesome when you put rapid fire on it! Also smgs can't outgun ar/lmgs at long distance and lmgs can't merk me in cqc when i have my ump45...ahhh...the world is right again.

The game is really fun and it will get more fun when we get used to the game and everything else. I'm missing things but in a hurry, be back later.

lol same argument that everyone crys about "same as Modern Warfail 2, same guns, same sounds....". hear this all the time.

Except it really is. It has been for the past 3 successive titles IW has released.

Watching Modern Warfail 2.5 videos make my eyes hurt, the graphics look shite and the FOV gives me a headache.

bf3 is shit with 0 quality. i wasn't crying about anything. i kept it real and the only crying that was going on was from the fanboys getting butt-hurt about me posting the truth.

back to posting real shit and keeping it real:
-had some bad hosts this morning while playing. very frustrasted but had a good final 43/16 game to calm me down.

see that ronionoin/gnarly i'm not praisiing the game when it's obviously shit. when shit pisses me off i point it out not try to refute someone's claims by fanboyerism. nubz

Look, the actual fun of a game isn't really debatable. You like it, we don't, and that's all just opinions.

What is fact is that the differences between Modern Warfail 2 and MW3 are minimal, and the differences between BC2 and BF3 are many.

Objectively speaking, MW3 is lazy shovelware. You spent money on something that is very similar to the last one. You could have saved that money.

Or you could just go back to CoD4, the best of the series.

I second the cod4 remark. I still play it from time to time. I'm wondering if it's even worth renting mw3 right now.

not sure who you trying to convince. bf3 is shit. i'm getting my money's worth with mw3 for sure! what did you pay for? a buggy game that's worse in quality than the previous titles? no deconstruction which set bc aside from the rest? jets suck? only 4 usefull weapons and 2 useful classes? boring maps with 10 kill averages? inconsistent and shitty movement?

Fact is there was already an update for mw3. post-production ftw win.

Guys, iffy about mw3? Kill-confirmed alone is worth the game! i was playing it last night and when you kill and retrieve the tags to confirm a kill you can hear the dude you kill whine on the mic over his body! PROXIMITY CHAT FTWNLULZ!!!

I've always been in a party to actually talk shit but i'm thinking of doing that. can't count the lulz of actually hearing peoples reactions after you rape sauce them.

I love BF3. I like what I've seen of MW3. I only have a small amount of money to spend so I'm not getting MW3. But BF3 is a lot of fun. They got it right IMO. I haven't noticed any serious glitches at all. Stupid shit from the beta, like revived bodies being dead or invisible, under the map, whatever - all gone. Worst that's happened to me is a few random poltergeist deaths where something will randomly fly out and kill me and I have no idea where it came from. And once my HUD went away and the menus and so on too and I had to restart, even though I could technically play (with no minimap, menus, gun stats, etc). I couldn't figure out which buttons exactly I had to hit so I could spawn.

No game breaking bugs/glitches on my end for BF3....have you tried turning it off then on again?

Mw3 is better then Bf3, not like that is saying a lot though both are complete and utter trash compared to Halo or CoD4 or Counter Strike

Sorry man, completely losing control of the game doesn't detract from what is a really good game. They nailed it with jets. The helis are deliciously difficult to master. Infantry combat is excellent. Tanks have nos. I have fun when I play. It's been a week now so it's outlasted BC2 in fun. I was sick of BC2 the first week, but I still feel like BF3 has a long amount of gametime left in it. I've already got a full day play time. I'm digging the guns and the destruction's just right. BC2's houses dropping was lame as shit. BC2 was based on a gimmick and that was all it had. Shitty destruction is nothing to center a whole game around. I love that they gave it a backseat to the vehicular gameplay.

Bc2 was better then bf3 before all the faggots started abusing recon autoshotty and medic trains

Which, uh, was during the BC2 beta.
