BF3: I like it.

One thumb up. Beats BC2 by far, and looks like it's playably fun like BC1 despite shit tons of glitches. The graphics suck ass though but whatcha gonna do, DICE seems to be stuck in the CoD4 era. Physics are still really, really bad, especially when it comes to terrain and bullets (pretty much the only thing that matters in an FPS).

But I like it and it's fun to play and apart from lag/1 hit deaths/shot behind walls/hit detection the gunplay is pretty cool.

At this point I still way prefer Black Ops but at least, unlike BC2, this game is playable. You can move around and stuff without wanting to rip your thumbs off and mail them to DICE. But - assuming they don't totally fuck up vehicles - BF3 looks like I might actually enjoy playing it for a while.

I suck at it.

Therefore I hate it.

Large part of the reason I like the beta is because I'm good at it. It's been a really long time (like a year) since I've been good at a game. That's kinda what happens when you play CoD.

I really, truly hate it, i made it to rank3 i think. My last ragequit was pretty epic. I was prone-camping at the top of some stairs facing the subway from a long ways away, the perfect range for my AK47 with the acog scope. I see this guy coming my way thru the cars, I aim at the door where he must appear. I nailed him in the most clear-cut and perfect way possible, and he reacts by OHKing me with an SMG. I was all like BLAAARGGHH FUCKAROO HARGL:E FUCKL FUCK FUCK NO FUCKIN WAY BLARGH and i havent played it since. lol at me and my fuse with FPS games, which has been growing shorter and shorter over the years. Now im at the point where im ragequiting on any and all bullshit deaths, which leaves me about 2 minutes to play a FPS before i gotta find somehtin else to do.



Maybe bf3 is great, ill never know lol, im permanently biased against FPS because they frustrate me so much that i wont even play them



playing dead island and sc2 instead, neither of which seems capable of frustrating me.

Some of the devs said the graphics are alot better on the full game then on the Beta.

There are two reasons for that. They have to compact the info for download or something shit like that. Also the Beta is not the lastest build. I'll look for the link from where I read that.



As for the other things, I'm sure some of the glitches will be fixed before the full game is out, and a few more may be fixed before the next MoH comes out. It's hard to say though.

The graphics of the BC2 beta were better, I think, than the demo and the full game.

Everything about the BC2 beta was better then the full game...

Already a list of fixes from the beta, to final build released. Alot of the main stuff has been.

I just love the gunplay...the weapons handel really well, and everything has its role and fits that role almost to the T (except for a few outliers, like the UMP...not really game breaking, and easy fixes for them, but still a few there)

I feel like I need to play this game a bit more like CoD than BC2, at least in how I approach a game, yet I don't get annoyed and rage quit like I do when I play CoD.

The only problem I had with CoD was every game felt the same. After two weeks I did everything possible and got bored.



The next day I gave it away to my older brother. Biggest waste of $70 ever.

I'm starting to find guns Im good with and liking the game more, but then it just gets boring.

Probably due to the same map over and over and no vehicles. Hope the full game keeps me more entertained.

And Gut, you're gonna need to tread your way WAY past rank 3 to start to get a hang of the game.

I hated it when I started playing. About rank 6 or 7 I started to like it. The only thing is when I get into a match I don't leave cause I know I'll freeze in the menus and it takes forever to get back into a game.



Also in order to leave a server I have to back out of the beta and start it up again. It's really weird.

The UMP isn't actually all that overpowered. It's a good gun, but the PP2000 is definitely better. The AK74 assault rifle is also one of the best guns. M4 is also really good. I used the SCAR a bit and that's also a great gun.

Actually, the only gun I don't like at all (that I've given a fair amount of time to anyway) is the M16.

I hated it too, a lot, when I first started playing. I was convinced I wasn't gonna get the game. It was just so fucking ugly and still felt clunky as hell and my first kill registered so late, and my first death was a dude hanging out under the map... But after a while you get used to it. It's not as clunky as BC2 was, and while you still get stuck on terrain way more than you should, it's definitely not as bad as what we've seen from DICE on console before. Sensitivity got a big boost too, finally but it's still not really fast. I guess it has to be somewhat realistic, but I'd still like it to be just a little bit faster.

Why do you need to leave the beta completely? It's pretty fucking dumb that there's no Exit Game option on the spawn screen, if that's what you mean. You have to spawn in before you can leave.

I guess I wouldn't call the UMP overpowered. I just feel like for a PDW, it is far to effective at range. I can easily take out guys down range tapping, or in single/burst mode. I think it needs just a TAD more recoil on it to balance it out at range IMO

It is also funny, because I love the M16, and don't really like the AK74 that much. I have mixed feelings about the M416, I tend to lean toward using the M16 when I have the option (on the US side) and use the M416 on the russian side since I don't really like the AK. I can't wait to unlock the later ARs.

I just love the MK11...Silent-acog-grip = win.

I have been wrecking with the M249 on support, however now that I unlocked the PKP I am leaning towards that. I can't wait to try the M60...I hope it kicks like a mule

Dunno if you console guys have to put up with this, but it is funny for PC

I press on "Exit Game" I get stuck in the loading screen forever. It will say loading until I turn off the PS3 or exit the beta. It happens every time I leave a game. The only way I can leave games is to quit the beta and start over.

That's why I don't accept invites. It takes like 2-3 minutes to get to the menu, maybe a little more.

You might be on to something there. Since squadding doesn't work, and puts you in a random squad on a random team, there's no point to leaving games when someone wants to join your squad. I just tell them to join session. So I didn't really leave games until I was actually taking a break, when I just shut the PS3 down rather than wait on the main menu. But I've been on a few infinite loading screens already so yeah. I just figured it was a random thing and hadn't matched it to leaving.

I put on my try hard pants and got first on my team, but Tsh and Ivan were on the other and Tsh honestly is in a league of his own. We were all at 2000-3000 and he was at 7200

Well, it shouldn't be as good as an Assault Rifle...it is a Machine Pistol technically haha. It should be better at close range, and worse at medium, and long range
