That just means he'll be separated. And Colorado doesn't have the death penalty, I think. But they're convicting to try to get it?

So it's been pretty much summarized that he had a cheap, nylon covering tactical vest (something you'd get from airsoft,) homemade smoke grenade in a monster can, and nothing on the gas mask.
No he did not have tear gas you'd find in the police station armory or the national guard armory
No he did not have any interceptor armor or w/e the media is spouting
