What games are you looking forward to?

Hey faggots, so the next gen is right around the corner along with a crapload of new great games. And nobody's talking about shit here. What are the ones you're personally looking forward to getting your hands on the most?

For me, I just want GTAV already. It looks like everything you could ever want in a GTA game, and I'll probably be set for a few months playing that by itself.

Oh and Final Fantasy X HD, been waiting 3 years for it to come out and I can't wait to relive my favorite fucking game all over again.  

I really want to know if GTA V will be playable on PS4. It really doesn't make sense to me that a game so huge would be released solely on a platform that's basically out of date & on the brink of being superceded. So essentially I want to know:
1. Will GTA V be a release title for the PS4? ...& if not:
2. Will the PS4 be backwards compatible with PS3 games?

I'm really hanging out to play it, but if it's going to be a PS4 release title then I'll wait for the PS4 to come out as I'm sure the experience will be significantly better.

The other PS game coming out I'm interested in is GT6. But again, it looks like it's going to be PS3 only... wtf?! I'm really hoping that they're making both of these release titles for the PS4...

So... I'm just waiting to see what the deal is with GTA V & GT6 before I decide which way to swing. If these are going to be PS3 only titles & the PS4 isn't backwards compatible, then I'll get them on the PS3 & build a new PC when I'm ready to start playing BF4 (either way, I'm guessing GTA V will take up most of my gaming time for a while so this probably wouldn't be until some time next year anyway...).

I definitely feel you on that. I'd much rather buy GTAV for the PS4 since that's what I'll be using the most for my gaming needs when it comes out. Not to mention the graphics, loadtimes, and everything else will be way superior.

Same goes for GT6. No fucking clue why they decided to make it for PS3 instead of PS4.

1. Nope. PS3 and 360 only.
2. Yes/No. The PS4 itself isnt backwards compatible, but PS3 games will be on cloud servers that can be streamed onto the PS4. No current info on how it will run for ps4, but based on how current game streaming services operate, chances are you will have to buy the PS3 game you want to play again and you'd have to start over from scratch as you cant upload savefiles to the cloud server.

Yeah, I read something similar on Friday.  I had hoped the cloud service would be cool with games you've already played online on PS3 or something to that effect.  I'd originally guessed this would be like a thin client - streaming video & audio...  but in which case latency would be too much of an issue if the servers are too far from the clients, particularly if it's a game requiring precision input.  Imagine trying to play an FPS with input delay - that would be unplayable & therefore an unacceptable solution *cough* BF3 *cough*

Gosh, if only you fools had known... GTA Online (5) is still releasing shit monthly. Has this game been anticipated this long?
