CASEY ANTHONY WALKS ON MURDER CHARGE

the verdict is in, shes was just found Not guilty on all charges concerning the murder of her child. She only go stuck with several counts of lieing to Law enforcement.

Yup Not guilty on Murder 1, No guilty on Aggevated child abuse, Not guilty on manslaughter of a child.
Guilty on 4 counts of Providing flase information

Our judicial system has more holes in it then a 200lbs block of swiss cheese.

Has to be proven without a shadow of doubt in a criminal court. Maybe it'll pull an OJ and this Casey will be guilty in a civil court.

It was all circumstantial.

They only showed Plausible motive and Opportunity. No doubt that Family had something to do with it and they all covered it up. BUT there was no Iron-Clad forensics or physical evidence that CASEY HER SELF murdered that child.

She could still (as well as other famly members) get nailed for other charges, But we have a policy about "double Jepordy" they can never try to charge her with Murder in this case again.

well of course, which is why our system of must be proven guilty is >>>>> then the system where you must prove your innocence.

however that leaves a bit of wiggle room for those with the resources and influence to get away with shit.

In this case tho, I think the DA just fucked up.

Really, I think they just pulled of a good job on the crime. There was not the required Physical and forensic evidence to Nail down every possible doubt.
