| The guys who hacked psn.
I wonder if they are getting scared?
I remember as a youngling when I would do something stupid, and in the heat of the moment, its like "Yea!"
But then, you get to the house, you shower, listen to some music, go to bed. And you're laying there, and you know that someone knows wtf you did, and there are people trying to find out who did it, and if they find out, you are fucked, and it becomes really fucking hard to relax or sleep, for quite a while, until it either blows over, or they finally catch you.
Anyway, my point is, this (hacking psn) isnt kidstuff. If they get caught, they arent "fucked" in the sense that I woulda been "fucked" had I been caught doing stupid shit as a kid. No, this will be on a whole different level. They wont just be "fucked," they will be "seriously fucked."
Maybe they covered their tracks well enough to say with 99% certainly that they CANT be caught, BUT STILL. In a case like this, being certain doesnt help you fucking sleep, or at least it wouldnt help me sleep. Id be a nervous wreck right about now. Fucking FBI. Christ on a stick.

Im sure to some degree they are nervous, I remember the last time the cops were looking for me, I was shitting myself lol But they seem to be good at covering themselves, havent seen any leads on them getting ganked for all the other shit they have been doing, HBGary, Paypal, etc. minus the few kids that arent that technically adept.

Not true, I dont really care that the PSN is down and my shit got hacked, Ill monitor my credit card (I was stupid enough to leave it saved on the PS3) and thats about the extent that it bothers me Im always for big companies getting kicked in the nuts, plus this forces them to upgrade their shit security, which in the end is better for all of us

I'd be buggered if XBL went down for a fuckin month, but I'd be more pissed at M$ then fuckin Anon even if I knew it was them... Why? Cause it's shitty fuckin policies that gets people pissed off enough to go do something brash like knock down the entire fuckin gaming network. and yah, I'm on my accounts every fuckin day...... nobody can mischarge me without knowing about it. I have actually caught a gas station dbl charging me before and was in their station the next day with receipts getting it reversed. I gave em the benefit of the doubt that it was an accident... but likely their attendant was sheisting people

| I'd be upset if they posted a list of accounts and addresses and names... and passwords. E-mails I don't care much about but if they have access to passwords and post them all, or even security questions... that would open the door to the Internetocalypse.
As far as I can remember they'd have nothing of mine to personalize (maybe I left my name in there sometime years ago but whoopty-doo). All the passwords are PSN exclusive meaning they don't get access to e-mails and stuff but still, I'm sure millions of people don't have shit like that going. It could be bad.

| That image was circulated by Pakistani news organizations the day after Bin Laden copped it.
Don't know what it has to do with the theory that he's been dead a decade.
Anyway, if the US had him on ice, Bush would've claimed credit for the kill, he wouldn't leave it to the next guy.
I think if there's any conspiracy theory out there that has any weight at all it's that they captured him alive and are interrogating him secretly, but even that is way out there slightly beyond the realms of the possible.

| I was just sourcing the theory, not defending it. I had seen it in my regular perusal of like minded stories which I scrutinize.
I don't believe everything I read despite what you think...
However I also don't trust the media.... I suspect something amiss, but I really have no idea what so I'm reserving judgement for now.

| See I do the same thing... but I presume the most logical. The most logical is that it's all true, that Obama gave the order after a year of intel, to move on Osama. And that Osama did indeed get shot and killed. This way if something changes and proof surfaces that Obama did keep Bin Laden alive, I won't look like an idiot, because thinking he was dead was the smartest thing to think before the new evidence came to light. | |

True... that is why I almost always use different passwords for diff sites, some have the same password, but my email and bank passwords are completely different and arent related to any other passwords, only thing out of all of that that Id be worried about is the security questions All this has made me think about using a password manager, cept for lastpass http://news.cnet.com/8301-1009_3-20060464-83.html?tag=cnetRiver while having an online service for this is great since its not location based, Id rather have it on my laptop and on my phone and if needed on a USB drive, or at worst I try to remember the passwords generated for a couple of sites so I dont need a USB Already downloaded KeePass just have been to lazy to reset all my passwords

| even if it is true, which I am still skeptical of (though I'm skeptical of anything I've heard about it so far), I still don't see it as anything other then a publicity move. | |

| True. And on top of it all it's likely whoever bragged about releasing them wasn't anyone involved, just wanted to pile some more concerns on.
Ronin, you mean publicity for Sony? They're spending a lot of money right now to fix this mess, this is not something Sony would do to itself.

| It's very big publicity for Obama, especially since he had to actually make the call and they couldn't go in and get Bin Laden without his okay. And the intelligence wasn't 100% "he's here for SURE." It could've gone wrong, but he had the balls to go through with it (because the opportunity cost was too great, if he had said no and it turned out later that Bin Laden was there... bye bye Obama).
But the publicity would've been just as great for Bush if Bin Laden was captured or killed during Bush's presidency so I don't see it being plausible they they had the body around and only just decided to come out with it.

| To me it's never seemed remotely plausible that they used him to justify a war. WMDs being hidden, yes. People opposed that war in general and they still got congress to sign off on it when there were many countries that obviously posed a greater threat, WMD-wise (North Korea, Libya at the time being the two main countries).
So any conspiracy theory that suggests 9/11 was planned by the US government is impossible for me to even consider, simply because there are easier and less risky ways to start a war, or justify a war. Especially when you're America, and basically on top of the world, and even more so if the country you want to mess with isn't even remotely powerful.
Lastly, if Bin Laden had been killed earlier, that just means that all the subsequent major terrorist attacks Al Qaeda did were done completely without him (since he would've been dead). Meaning there would have been other justification - the Al Qaeda 2IC. And then they could prove they'd killed Bin Laden and that it hadn't completely stopped terrorism in its tracks, which would then be enough reason to keep the war going.

Symbolism for one.... bin laden was a symbol Also, the more credible theories I've heard do involve terrorist involvement, but rather psyop inspired and then amplified via black ops (charges in the towers to maximize effect and minimize collateral dmg to surrounding areas) Have you heard the firefighters who talk about explosions going off? Listened to the engineers who all agree that the only way a building comes down that way is through controlled demolition? Questioned to the lack of debris at both the other crash sites? Heard testimony from someone at the pentagon that they never saw a plane? Reviewed the pentagon damage and how the damage is inconsistant with any other known crashes? Questioned the coincidence that the pentagon hit was exactly where they had just been under construction to reinforce the walls to prevent more collateral damage? Questioned the loss of data on servers from the pentagon crash? Why the twin towers had just recently had it's insurance significantly increased? There are so many coincidences it reads like a bad sci fi novel. I don't know what happened, but I question it. The official story smells like yoshi....... horse shit
