| Why do you find this surprising? It's like telling me I see the sun everyday.
Come to think of it, I wouldn't doubt it if EA knew about it and OK'ed it.

every aspect of DA2. Hasn't gone down well there. Neither has the 10/10 review on metacritic from a guy that works at Bioware... Stealing my news, how dare you! Also: Bioware have managed to fudge up every serious scene in this game somehow...usually with interjections of light humour. For example, the bit where your Mum dies, it's all serious serious (with some bad bad voice acting and no tear graphics I might add), and then in the next scene, discussing the matter with someone else, Hawke starts cracking jokes. And it's not even that I was picking the sarcastic conversation lines here, it was a bit of completely pre-scripted conversation that Hawke just came out with. lol spoilers

lol spoilers you DO realize that the "completely pre-scripted" dialog is actually dynamic based on your characters choices from the rest of the game right? I know I've heard more then a few different "pre-scripted" sequences just from a couple playthroughs through the first 2 hours.

| An example of this is when Isabela chucks her dagger, depending on your conversation choice before she chucked the dagger affects how she will confront Isabela after the fight.
Good: "I was trying to talk him down" Neutral/Joker: "Kill first, ask questions later?" Evil: Not entirely sure, but probably something that would sound intimidating, if the male lead wasn't such a whiny bastard.

| Oh really? No wonder my Hawke took the piss out of everything constantly...
Even so, she has a very mocking voice...

| Oh cool. Well, I forgive them that then. On the other hand, it makes having to pick a side in act 3 even more retarded. Alice Hawke doesn't care! | |

| No, it should give me the option in act 3 of siding with neither the mages nor the templars, letting both of them wipe each other out, then killing off the survivors and taking control myself. | |
